Job description

An HR Business Partner (M&A) is required for an 18-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to support our client in their M&A activities. The role is based in London (Travel to other parts of the UK and Ireland will be required) and will be part of the Human Resources department.

Description
  • Drive HR strategies and initiatives in M&A activities (TUPE)
  • Facilitate change management during mergers and acquisitions
  • Coordinate with different departments for integration processes
  • Manage HR due diligence and integration planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR strategies
  • Support talent management and succession planning
  • Lead HR projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Profile

A successful HR Business Partner (M&A) will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and ideally CIPD
  • Experience in HR, particularly in M&A activities
  • Strong, recent experience of working on high volume TUPE activities within the UK is essential
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in change management and project management
