Job summary

LADbible Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with the Sales and Creative teams in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. This hands-on role focuses on building high-performing, adaptable teams through coaching, performance conversations and capability-building initiatives.

You will work with leaders to shape scalable learning solutions, manage complex ER matters, and embed people data into decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business partnering role within People
• Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
• Experience designing scalable learning, development or capability-building initiatives
• Confident handling employee relations matters, or strong judgement from a people development background
• Strong coaching capability to develop managers
• Resourceful and hands-on with practical solutions
• Comfort using people data, insights and feedback to prioritise actions
• Experience in media, digital or content-led environments is helpful but not essential
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and people best practice

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into practical people plans.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide commercially grounded advice on performance and structure.
• Coach managers to build confidence and consistency in how they lead teams.
• Design and embed scalable learning and development initiatives that strengthen performance and team effectiveness.
• Support talent planning and internal mobility and align activity with business priorities.
• Guide change communications, org design and wider people change initiatives.
• Turn engagement insights into practical action to improve team experience and performance.
• Use people data to identify trends, measure impact and track progress across initiatives.
