An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our client's team based in Oxfordshire. This role involves working with a thriving secondary school to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team.
This position is fully onsite during term time, with a requirement to work closely once a week with the Central HR Team, participating in team meetings, events, and learning development sessions.
Your focus will be on developing the HR Team at the academy, aligning HR processes with Trust policies and statutory guidelines, reporting to the headteacher for operational requirements, and directly reporting to the head of HR. There may be opportunities to support other schools and grow into a multi-site HR Business Partner role over time.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment with diverse duties. You must be a multi-tasker capable of prioritizing workload effectively.
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 FTE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:30 or 8:00 - 4:00, totaling 37 hours/week (Our client may consider 30 hours/week)
