ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partnerto join a global leader in aerospace innovation.You will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR services within the framework of the HR strategy.

The Role:

  • Partner with the business to be proactive on the HR value needed for that area.
  • Provide managers with advice, guidance and direction on HR policies and best practice to ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements.
  • Driving the HR People Tempo of Performance Review, Salary review, Team Review etc. within business scope.
  • Contributing to the company workplace culture through the promotion of our company values.
  • Ensuring the application of consequential management in collaboration with our Employee Relations team (SPIR). Contribution to a healthy social climate and constructive dialogue with our Social Partners

Requirements:

  • High level of influencing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with a diverse client group.
  • Conflict management skills, teamwork and strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and use initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload.
