Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Academy’s overall business and financial goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on all HR related issues.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle.
- Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support leadership development.
- Identify training needs and oversee implementation of learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
- HR Administration.
- HR Project Management.
- Support and contribute / assist in the operation of the School Administration centre.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in management.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience working across diverse sectors is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically but also to execute and implement different projects and activities.
- 2.1 degree or better.
