Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with strong business acumen and a keen eye on continuous improvement and resource planning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking academy where collaboration, innovation, and people development are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Academy’s overall business and financial goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on all HR related issues.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle.
  • Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and support leadership development.
  • Identify training needs and oversee implementation of learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
  • HR Administration.
  • HR Project Management.
  • Support and contribute / assist in the operation of the School Administration centre.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in management.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working across diverse sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically but also to execute and implement different projects and activities.
  • 2.1 degree or better.
