Job Description
- Lead and provide pragmatic support on all Employee Relations matters, coaching managers to handle issues effectively.
- Deliver key HR projects in 2025, including:Designing a new career frameworkImplementing a new HRISEnhancing talent and performance processesUpdating HR policies and the employee handbook
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale.
- Partner with Finance on monthly payroll submissions.
- Support organisational change, including restructures, tech rollouts, and cultural transformation.
- Guide managers on performance expectations, appraisals, and improvement plans (PIPs).
- Act as a key point of contact for employee feedback and concerns.
- Use HR data and trends to inform decision-making and identify improvement areas.
- Work closely with the Group Head of HR on strategic initiatives.
- Oversee quarterly risk assessments and lead Health & Safety (H&S) compliance efforts.
- Manage the Facilities and Front of House team.
- Contribute to HR best practices by staying current on employment law and actively engaging with peers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
- Proven experience as a People Partner or Senior People Advisor with strategic involvement across HR operations, employee relations, development, and talent.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in building trusted relationships with senior leaders and coaching for performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Tech-savvy with strong IT proficiency.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discreet, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and respect for confidentiality.
