This role is based 3 days a week in our Victoria office.
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with leaders to address organizational challenges and identify HR opportunities aligned with business objectives.
You will support the FinTech and Tech Weeks verticals and assist the Informa Festivals Central teams, including Video Content, Digital Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Technology.
Working closely with the Head of HR, HR community, and functional leaders, you will help implement our people strategy and drive key initiatives such as target operating model, performance and talent management, succession planning, reward and recognition, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
You will advise on HR best practices, manage complex employee relations, and collaborate with HR Shared Services and specialists to deliver a unified HR approach.
