Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in London seeks an Associate HR Business Partner to join the Human Capital Group. You will collaborate with corporate teams and lines of business to provide practical HR guidance while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.

You will work with the HCG Legal team and regional HR partners on HR issues, drive data-driven decision making, and support timely HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor within the financial services industry, preferably investment banking.
• Experience and knowledge of financial services regulations and employment laws in the UK.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HCG colleagues to support the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, and off-boarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and regulatory/compliance functions.
• Act as a point of contact for UK HR policy questions and escalate as necessary.
• Work with HCG Legal and regional partners on time and absence tracking, disciplinary and grievance investigations, and absence management.
• Provide HR documentation support and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support cross-functional projects and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with HR due diligence and post-close integration for international expansion.
• Ensure HR systems are up to date and use analytics to drive decisions.
• Coordinate with Office Management for in-office support as needed.
• Support performance review cycles and ensure deadlines are met.
