Our client, a European leading private equity firm, is currently looking to hire an HR Business Partner based in their London office. The firm focuses on global investments across multiple industries with a successful track record. Due to growth, they are expanding their HR team and seek an experienced HR Business Partner to support the London office and other European locations.

The role involves working within a high-performing HR team, engaging in strategic and operational HR activities, and partnering with stakeholders at all levels. This is a new position, offering autonomy to shape the role.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with employee groups as the main HR contact
  • Monitoring staff sentiment and integrating feedback into talent initiatives
  • Supporting managers with HR matters and cycle milestones
  • Handling sensitive employee conversations
  • Leading recruitment processes when needed
  • Staying updated on UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Leading talent management and development projects
  • Providing operational HR support
Candidate requirements:
