The Role

Job Title: HR Business Partner (ER) - 12 month FTC

Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 (DoE)

Location: Kent - Hybrid working

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Key duties:

1. Overseeing and managing end-to-end Employee Relations matters firm-wide
2. Coaching and advising senior stakeholders, team leaders, and line managers on Employee Relations issues and guiding on best practice
3. Acting as a mentor and coach to the wider People team on ER and compliance best practice
4. Supporting the People Director on amendments to policies and procedures in line with Employment Law changes

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law and experience managing complex ER cases
• Experience working in a Partnerships firm or professional services firm is highly desirable
• A natural mentor to the wider team
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
