Job description

HR Business Partner – Director (Investments)
EMEA-based – City of London – 4 days per week in office

I’m working with a top-tier investment firm that’s looking for a senior HR Business Partner to support their Investments client groups, including Product and Private Markets. This is a Director-level role, with a real mix of strategic work and hands-on delivery.

You’d be part of a brilliant global HR team and work closely with senior leadership across EMEA and beyond. The focus is on shaping the people agenda-partnering with leadership on succession planning, coaching, performance, and reward; leading culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives; advising on organisational design, talent strategy, and change management; collaborating with global HRBP teams and specialist HR functions; using data and analytics to inform talent decisions and business outcomes; and managing complex employee relations in partnership with Legal and ER teams.

What they’re looking for:

  • Solid HRBP experience at a senior level, ideally in a global matrix environment

  • A strong grasp of core HR areas-comp, talent, ER, recruitment, etc.

  • Someone who’s confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at exec level

  • Strong communication, data-led thinking, and a practical, solution-focused mindset

  • Ideally some experience in financial services, investing or asset management (or a genuine interest in the space)
