Responsibilities

  1. Support the business team by gaining deep insights into business status and team operations; understand the business strategy and facilitate the effective implementation of the HR strategy within the business unit;
  2. Responsible for team building in the business department; design career development paths and talent development programs based on the current team situation; effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on their execution;
  3. Identify organizational and team issues, and apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide comprehensive HR solutions for the business team, including organizational restructuring, performance management, employee relations, cultural development activities, etc., and ensure proper implementation;
  4. Proactively identify talent and organizational development needs based on business requirements, and propose corresponding solutions;
  5. Independently handle employee relations issues, provide guidance and advice to the business, and resolve problems in a timely manner;
  6. Utilize data analysis tools to plan workforce allocation and evaluate relevant metrics to support business and HR management decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or related fields;
  • Over 5 years of experience in HR management, with HRBP experience preferred;
  • Strong stress management abilities, able to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to driving projects forward.

Preferred Qualification

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders, including those based in Mainland China, but it is not mandatory.
