This is an exciting opportunity to join the People team at the UK's largest gym chain, PureGym, as they embark on their next growth phase. Due to the pace of growth and upcoming projects, we are looking for candidates who are either immediately available or on a very short notice period.

As the HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering HR change initiatives. You will lead change projects, supporting the business through consultation and ensuring managers are equipped with the right tools and behaviors.

The core projects will involve restructuring, organizational redesign, transformation, talent, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a change agent, ensuring consistency across all change programs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for key initiatives.
  • Define and track success metrics, with ongoing evaluation and improvement.
