We are seeking someone to join our team as an HR Business Partner (Director) to provide generalist HR advisory across the EMEA Investment Banking (IBD) and Capital Markets (GCM) divisions, reporting into the lead HRBP for IBD and GCM.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the HR Business Partners team.
The IBD/GCM team supports approximately 900 employees. The team currently comprises an Executive Director, a VP, and another Director.
The role incumbent must be able to operate independently, pro-actively, and effectively across the full range of HR disciplines and be able to work with managers and colleagues at all levels across IBD and GCM. This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the business as well as become involved in ad-hoc project work as required.
