Achieving for Children is hiring a HR BP Assistant to deliver a full range of employee experience functions alongside the HR Business Partner and Head of Service. You will handle casework and respond to initial HR and employee relations questions, including grievances and attendance management.
You will also contribute to well-being initiatives, coordinate union meetings, surveys, newsletters and staffing reports for line managers and senior HR colleagues, in a hybrid working environment.
As a HR BP Assistant you will deliver a full range of employee experience functions. You will work with the HR Business Partner and Head of Service, supporting casework and you'll be the go-to person for initial HR and employee relations questions, this may include, grievances, attendance management, conduct and performance conversations.
Additionally, working alongside others in our team you will contribute to well-being initiatives, support coordination of Trade Unions meetings, contribute to our monthly newsletters, coordinate employee opinion surveys and run vital staffing reports for line managers and Senior HR colleagues as required.
