This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about driving positive change, leading initiatives, and supporting both people and processes at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnering
- Building strong relationships with business unit leaders and Line Management to understand their goals and challenges.
- Translating business needs into people strategies that support growth, performance, and culture.
- Leading People Specific Projects, responsible for reporting and successful delivery
- Providing training and guidance to managers on Line Management Leadership and HR best practice.
- Leading and supporting integrations via company acquisitions and TUPE.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Championing a positive employee experience, embedding the organisations values and culture across the business units.
- Using engagement survey insights to drive targeted action plans and track progress.
- Supporting change management and organisational development efforts.
Performance & Talent
- Supporting the implementation of performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Collaborating with other Business Partners on development programmes and career pathways, Identifying skills gaps to address capability needs.
Employee Relations & Policy
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Supporting policy development and ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practice.
- Partnering with the wider People Team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Using data and analytics to inform decisions, reporting against agreed KPI’s and measuring impact.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a generalist advisory HR role, ideally with exposure to business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working with data and insights to inform decisions
