CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The role supports Technology Services and corporate functions across a fast-paced global environment, with hybrid/remote options in the UK, and opportunities to collaborate with teams in Madrid and Paris. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions, manage talent reviews and succession planning, and guide organisational design and change initiatives while balancing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, global organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading talent management, succession, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
• A proactive self starter who can work independently and establish credibility quickly.

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to implement people and organizational solutions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders, providing coaching on people-related matters.
• Support leaders in development of their teams, focusing on capability, engagement, and succession.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to processes in collaboration with the HR team.
• Provide guidance on organisational design and workforce planning.
