About The Role

HR Business Partner

35 hours per week

Maternity Leave Cover - up to 15 months

Hybrid role - minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will collaborate with Regional and operational managers to deliver HR solutions in a changing environment. You will provide professional advice to line managers on employment matters, promoting early resolution of staffing issues while managing legal risks.

You will support managers with complex employee relations cases, including attendance, discipline, and grievances.

About You

Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Associate CIPD membership.

Willingness to undertake relevant training or further education.

A credible business partner with operational and consultative skills.

Strong influencing and persuasive skills.

Flexible with work priorities.

A team player demonstrating positive behaviours.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of Employment Law and employee relations expertise.
