Joining us as a HR Business Partner

You will play a key role in delivering people strategies, leading employee relations, and supporting organisational change across our business.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £60,000p/a, a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals

Leading complex employee relations cases, restructures, and organisational change initiatives

Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams

Using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Championing our culture and values, promoting engagement and inclusion

What you’ll bring to the role

You will be a confident HR professional with a solid HR background and a passion for delivering people solutions that align with business priorities. You’ll also have:

Proven experience in a similar HRBP role

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Experience working in fast-paced, complex organisations with structured HR governance

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with wider HR teams

A flexible, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
CIPD Level 5
