Our client, an established retail company, is searching for an HR Business Partner to join its service centre in Southampton, supporting around 180 stakeholders. It is a great time to join this company as it delivers its people strategy and continues its success.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering people business partnership across the service centre. You will support the development and implementation of a robust HR strategy aligned with operational goals, while fostering a strong team and supporting stakeholders. The role focuses on building key relationships across all levels of the business to guide and influence better people-focused decisions in all areas of people management.
You should have experience as a successful, results-driven HRBP with at least three years in a similar role within a service centre, hospitality, or retail environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to work at pace, and the capacity to build excellent stakeholder relationships with senior leaders are essential.
