About The Role

HR Business Partner / People Development Lead

Location: Nationwide with regular travel to London and West Yorkshire

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will cover corporate functions including Commercial, Business Development, Legal, HR, Construction and Finance.

The successful candidate will also lead People Development and Employee Engagement focusing on Management Development, Leadership Development, and Organisational Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with corporate functions to understand their HR needs and provide strategic support.
  • Lead and implement employee engagement programmes to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and execute development strategies to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee organisational development projects to improve overall business performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, or People Development roles (Partner, Head of, Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in corporate functions such as Commercial, Business Development, and Finance is preferred.
