This is an exciting time to join the UK and Ireland team as a strategic HR Business Partner. You will work in partnership with business leaders to advise and create a people strategy to deliver strategic plans and results.
Why this role is important to us
As member of the business leadership team, the HRBP will be a trusted advisor to multiple executive stakeholders. You will be a sounding board, coach and confidante on important matters and offer visible behavioural leadership to the business.
Considered as the lynchpin between the HR Team and the business, you will be relationship-driven, yet able to hold both parties to account to ensure activity adds value and underpins business strategy.
