Job Description

This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders and report directly to the Head of People Performance. This role offers the scope to make a significant impact on Frasers Group's performance by partnering with stakeholders and delivering people solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will create and implement a People Plan for business areas, focusing on organization design, talent attraction, retention, development, and supporting managers in managing employee relations proactively. Collaboration with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and act as an advocate for our purpose and values is essential. You will identify and develop best practice frameworks, solutions, processes, and tools to enhance people and business performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven success in HR partnering roles within fast-paced, multi-location, complex businesses
  • Experience supporting various Head Office functions
  • Experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent management, retention, organizational design, and engagement
  • Ability to build effective relationships, persuade, and influence
  • Leadership in initiatives and change projects
  • Data interpretation and analysis skills to drive positive change
  • Assertive, resilient, and able to work under pressure
