This role is a hybrid role with frequent travel required across our locations in the North West, with occasional group wide meetings across our locations in the UK.

Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about driving positive change and making a real difference? Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team and work closely with senior leaders across multiple business areas within your region. In this pivotal role, you will deliver commercially focused HR solutions that support workforce planning, employee engagement, employee relations, and organisational change—helping us to create an amazing place to work and ultimately better outcomes for the young people we serve.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, guiding them through complex people management challenges, embedding effective development plans, and championing talent pipelines through our internal leadership programmes. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you’ll use HR metrics to influence decision-making and support the evolving needs of our business. This role requires flexibility and regional travel as you partner across various locations to embed policies, drive proactive HR initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR strategy and systems.
