The Job:

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to GBP75,000 (DoE)

Daily responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement HR strategies to support and meet business objectives
  2. Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement
  3. Communicate business changes effectively
  4. Oversee the performance management process, coaching managers to address performance issues
  5. Work closely with leadership on organizational design, facilitating change management and developing programs
  6. Manage ER matters, providing advice on HR policies and conflict resolution
  7. Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for data-driven decisions
  8. Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for executive hires, working with hiring managers
  9. Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure compliance
  10. Lead and contribute to various HR projects
Candidate requirements:
  1. 3+ years of HR experience in a partnering capacity
  2. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  3. CIPD qualification preferred
  4. Strong knowledge of employee relations
  5. Proficient in HRIS and other software applications
  6. Excellent relationship-building skills with credibility and authenticity
  7. Impact-driven with initiative and accountability
