About The Role

HR Business Partner

35 hours per week
Maternity Leave Cover - up to 15 months
Hybrid role - 2 days per week in the office minimum

Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Business Partner to join us in ensuring they have equal opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with Regional Managers and operational managers to deliver HR solutions within a changing environment. You will provide professional advice and support to line managers on employment matters to advance our strategic goals.

You will ensure high-quality HR advice on employment issues, promote early resolution of staffing issues, and manage complex cases involving employee relations such as attendance, discipline, and grievances.

About You
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5
  • Associate membership of CIPD
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training or further education
  • Credible and skilled business partner with operational and consultative abilities
