Job description

HR Business Partner – Fixed-Term Contract (10 Months)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid – Flexible, offices in Reading, Bolton, or Witney
Contract: Fixed-Term – Approx. 10 months
Coverage: UK & EMEA

A market leading global business is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations across multiple business units within a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is a fixed-term contract, offering a mix of strategic and operational HR responsibilities with real breadth and variety.

The Role:

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and provide hands on HR support across a wide regional remit.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with managers to support performance, engagement and talent planning

Supporting the preparation and delivery of appraisal cycles and talent reviews

Facilitating focus groups and training initiatives

Overseeing HR reporting, metrics, and workforce planning

Contributing to recruitment, grading, and reward activities

Liaising with local HR teams across EMEA

This role offers hybrid working with attendance and travel been sites when not working from home.
