As an HR Business Partnerbased in our Warwick office (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Partnering with one of the Group’s core business divisions, you'll collaborate directly with its MD and leadership team to craft and deliver a people strategy that fuels organisational performance and cultural excellence.

Leading and influencing initiatives across workforce planning, organisational design, recognition and reward frameworks, and learning and development—aligning people priorities with evolving business goals.

Interpreting data across key HR metrics—including attrition, absence trends, recruitment performance, ER caseloads, and compensation movement—to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborating across the business unit by shaping colleague engagement strategies, including surveys, forums, and feedback mechanisms.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with regular travel across the UK as and when required, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Previous HR Business Partner experience in a complex, multi-site business.

Skilled at influencing and building trust with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful business change.

Proven experience of developing and managing change programmes across a business, especially complex organisation design and people changes.

Broad HR experience across Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Culture Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Recognition Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
