This is a senior, hands-on HR leadership role partnering closely with site and commercial leaders to develop and execute a strategic people agenda. You will lead workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and culture transformation aligned with commercial priorities. This role requires you to own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing coaching and influence to embed a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Leading key organisational development initiatives such as change management, leadership capability building, and continuous improvement programs will be a major focus. Additionally, you will harness HR analytics and data insights from platforms like Workday, Cascade, and Power BI to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements in workforce effectiveness.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional ready to take the next step.
