Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in change management initiatives and support organizational culture efforts.
  • Collaborate and support the talent acquisition team in their efforts to meet business staffing needs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
