HR Business Partner - Slough (Office-based)
A leading Slough based company is looking for a proactive HR Business Partner
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role with some regional travel.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, managing ER cases, driving performance, leading change initiatives (TUPE/restructures), and promoting a high-performing, inclusive culture.
What you'll need:
2+ years HRBP experience
Strong ER, stakeholder, and project management skills
Confidence to advise managers and challenge when needed
CIPD preferred
Experience in fast-paced environments
Location: Slough HQ with travel to sites across the Thames Valley
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours/week
