Job description

Elevation Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a client in Sheffield to identify a HR Business Partner for their growing team. Reporting to the Head of HR and working alongside an HR Advisor and L&D Partner, the HRBP will play a critical role in the organisation's people and development agenda.

The HRBP will partner with senior stakeholders on day-to-day HR activities and projects, initiating change and progression within the business. Projects will cover a wide range of HR areas, with a particular interest in candidates experienced in Reward and Recognition strategies.

What will the role involve?

  1. Providing guidance and support to managers on all HR matters.
  2. Applying strong legislative knowledge of HR accurately and practically.
  3. Supporting performance management, recruitment, and compensation & benefits processes.
  4. Implementing reward and recognition strategies and frameworks.
  5. Managing annual pay, bonus, and benefits reviews using market data and engagement survey analysis, and providing reports to the Board.
  6. Analyzing HR metrics to recommend outcomes and changes.
  7. Ensuring risk, compliance, HR systems, and processes are robust, in collaboration with the HR Advisor.
  8. Aligning HR strategy with business strategy through collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  9. Developing and implementing engagement and succession strategies.
  10. Working with teams to retain talent and skills.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Experience in broad generalist roles within corporate, technology, or similar environments.
  2. Experience working in PE-backed businesses.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience with Reward frameworks and initiatives.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work in agile environments.
  7. Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and taking accountability for HR support.

The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the Sheffield office and 2 days WFH, with flexible hours. The business provides a range of excellent benefits, which will be enhanced as the company grows.
