Kier Group is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the Kier Transportation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Location is flexible with hybrid working and travel to offices/sites across the UK.
The role partners with Kier Transportation management to deliver a people plan aligned to the business strategy, embedding the Kier people strategy. It requires collaborative, trusted relationship skills and a passion for innovative people solutions.
We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Kier Transportation team.
Location: Flexible on Location - hybrid working available with travel to offices and sites as required all over the UK
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 12month Fixed Term Contract - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
