I am excited to present this opportunity to join a market-leading business with an interesting brand that has recently undergone significant change. They are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to support one of their business units with approximately 2,500 employees.

The Role

Bring your experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or production environment and collaborate closely with the business to provide effective HR support.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders (MDs and SLT) across UK sites, leading HR initiatives
  • Contribute to developing a people-focused and adaptable HR strategy and deliver related projects
  • Manage workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, L&D, and reward frameworks
  • Handle HR data reporting and develop strategies based on insights
  • Manage escalated ER casework for your business unit
  • Implement employee engagement surveys to tailor HR initiatives effectively

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a multisite blue-collar environment, preferably manufacturing and production
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior management
  • Experience managing change, business transformation, talent development, and talent management strategies
  • Ability to commute to Warwickshire or sites 3 days a week
