Here at Sodexo, we are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support our high-profile healthcare contract at Queens Hospital Romford.

As an HR Business Partner within our Healthcare division, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that maximize people performance and contribute directly to the achievement of business objectives. You will be responsible for driving HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management across your business area, ensuring the HR function aligns with overall business goals.

You will use HR analytics to influence decision-making and implement people-centric solutions that foster a positive work environment, drive business results, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced HRBP superstar who can adeptly manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. If you are a senior-level influencer with a strong track record in HR and a passion for driving organisational excellence, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategy, policies, and HR solutions that drive business success.
  • Leverage HR analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable interventions to enhance performance.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, providing coaching and guidance to managers on best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade unions to ensure positive industrial relations.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies to develop and maintain key talent.
  • Collaborate with Resourcing teams to improve recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and reduced vacancies.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, working with central teams to foster a more inclusive environment.
  • Lead performance management cycles, utilizing HRMI to track progress and implement necessary performance interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and organizational change initiatives across the business.

What you bring:

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent CIPD qualification or qualified by experience
  • HR generalist experience and good understanding of all aspects of HR Management including resourcing, talent management/succession planning, change management and employee relations
  • Understanding of human capital measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Trade union experience
  • Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure

Desirable

  • Experience of organisation development and design, and facilitation of change including consultation and engagement
  • SAP HR and appreciation of other HR Systems
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes

You will be rewarded with a salary of between £55,000pa depending on experience and access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution, and life assurance - 1 x annual salary.
