We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team on a 2-month fixed term contract basis. As a key member of the broader HR department, you will provide proactive support to our Lead HRBPs and leaders across esure to deliver on all aspects of our people agenda. This will include working closely with our line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent, and engage and empower their teams.
What you'll do:
- Support the Lead HRBPs to deliver and embed the annual cycle of enterprise-wide people initiatives
- Build relationships with our leaders across the organisation, being a visible and proactive presence in the business
- Support the implementation of new people-focused initiatives and projects
- Lead on projects to improve leadership capability and resolve broader business challenges such as engagement, I&D initiatives, and reducing absence and turnover
- Work with leaders to embed the performance cycle, set objectives, measure results, and upskill leaders to have regular people conversations
- Coach leaders to address engagement challenges confidently and educate them on employee engagement best practices
- Collaborate with leadership teams to raise awareness of our I&D agenda and develop functional action plans
- Analyze relevant MI to identify trends and provide insights to the business
What we’d love you to bring:
- Experience advising and supporting management on complex HR issues
- A curiosity about what motivates people and how to build innovative solutions for performance
- Strong relationship-building skills with the business, understanding challenges, and providing thoughtful solutions
- Experience leading and delivering end-to-end people projects and process improvements
- Ability to analyze people data and turn it into actionable insights

- Introductory call with a Talent Partner
- First-stage interview with two Lead HR Business Partners
- Second-stage interview (onsite in Reigate) with our Chief People Officer and Talent, Learning and Culture Lead
