With continued growth on the horizon and a strong emphasis on internal development, they’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead their Learning & Development strategy while also supporting across generalist HR and recruitment.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a broad, hands-on role where L&D remains the focus, but you’ll also act as a trusted HR partner across the business. From coaching managers and overseeing employee relations to supporting recruitment and onboarding, you’ll ensure the people experience is consistent, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
