Are you a strategic HR professional looking to make a real impact? One of Loriens Public sector clients are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. on an contract running up till the end of March 2026. With a focus on delivering high-quality HR and organisational development services, this is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive positive change.

This role will be remote first with odd meetings in Lochgilphead, any successful candidates must be able to travel here as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR and OD advice and support to designated customer groups
  • Lead the planning, design, and evaluation of change programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR and OD policies and frameworks
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to assess team capabilities and identify appropriate interventions
  • Maintain an overview of HR and OD activities, ensuring consistent application of policies across the organisation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent vocational qualification in HR/OD or a related subject
  • Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent
  • Proven experience in developing positive partnerships with client groups and key stakeholders
  • Expertise in leading the development of HR and OD policies and strategies
  • Ability to analyse data and information to produce complex reports and action plans
