A leading facilities management company in Norwich is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This full-time role involves building HR relationships, supporting change management, and improving HR policies. The ideal candidate will be Level 5 CIPD qualified with excellent communication skills. This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Alternative working patterns and hours of work would be considered for the right candidate.
As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will be working as part of a dynamic and effective team, who deliver expert business partnering services providing advice, support and guidance across the business.

Build and maintain effective HR business partnering relationships across designated portfolio areas, developing a working understanding of the individual business areas, their business model and work they do so that HR services are aligned and support the development of an engaged and high performing workforce
