A leading organization for individuals with disabilities in Scotland is seeking an HR Business Partner for maternity leave cover. This hybrid role requires strong influencing skills and a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification. You will provide vital HR support to line managers and manage complex employee relations issues. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with Regional and operational managers to deliver HR solutions within a changing environment. You will provide professional advice and support to line managers on employment matters.
Your role includes ensuring high-quality HR advice on employment issues, promoting early resolution of staffing concerns, and managing complex employee relations cases, including attendance, discipline, and grievances.
