Job description

HR Business Partner

35 hours per week

Maternity Leave Cover - up to 15 months

Hybrid role - 2 days per week in the office minimum

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with Regional and operational managers to deliver HR solutions within a changing environment. You will provide professional advice and support to line managers on employment matters.

Your role includes ensuring high-quality HR advice on employment issues, promoting early resolution of staffing concerns, and managing complex employee relations cases, including attendance, discipline, and grievances.

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Associate CIPD membership
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training or further education
  • Credible and skilled business partner with operational and consultative abilities
