Agile working with 3 Days per week in the Office; (Fully office-based throughout the training period)

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a strategic impact? Southway Housing is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to drive performance, embed our values, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting the delivery of our People and Culture Strategy.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, policy, and change management.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives, including talent management, organisational development, and cultural transformation.
  • Use HR analytics to inform decision-making and evaluate people strategies.
About You
  • Chartered CIPD (or equivalent) or relevant professional experience.
  • Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within housing, public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Passion for inclusion, diversity, and making a positive impact.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the People & Culture team for a Human Resources Business Partner and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.
