A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join our busy Workforce & OD team within the Specialist Hospital Clinical Group, covering Saint Mary's MCS, Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, and Royal Manchester Children's Hospitals.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the wider HR, Workforce, and OD team to provide high-quality strategic and operational people management support, ensuring best practices are followed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and expand your skills and experience as an HR professional.

The HR Business Partner will support the Specialist Hospital Clinical Group Director of Workforce & OD by providing strategic and operational workforce support to promote best practice people management within their areas and across the wider workforce.

Responsibilities include contributing workforce expertise to business decision-making, developing innovative people solutions aligned with business plans and strategies, and deputising for senior HR leaders as required.

Effective communication with colleagues, sharing best practices, and facilitating cross-cover of Workforce services are essential aspects of this role.

The HR Business Partner must operate in accordance with the NHS Management Code of Conduct and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.

Ensuring alignment of operational and transformational HR services within the Clinical Group and Corporate areas, promoting partnership working, and delivering a proactive, customer-centered service that enhances both service quality and patient experience are key objectives.
