We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to report to the Interim Head of HR & Culture. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, providing high-level professional HR support to senior line managers across various departments or subsidiaries. The role may also involve leading key projects.

The successful candidate will be adept at advising, coaching, and supporting senior managers on employee relations, resourcing, organisational change, design, development, and performance management.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent, CIPD status, and significant achievement in generalist HR and employee relations, ideally in a complex environment. Strong communication, influencing skills, and a solid legal and technical HR knowledge are essential, along with an analytical and strategic outlook.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact at both strategic and operational levels. For an informal discussion, please contact Tim Pearson, Interim Head of HR & Culture, at t.pearson@greatermancaster.ac.uk.

The University of Bolton is committed to equality of opportunity.
