About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and driven HR Business Partner to join our People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role supporting leaders and teams across the organisation to build an inclusive, values-led culture people team.
You'll play a key part in delivering our People Plan, partnering with managers on complex employee relations issues, leading on change initiatives, and mentoring a team of People Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity to influence, drive improvement, and support a cultural transformation.
As HR Business Partner, you'll help shape and embed a progressive, inclusive culture. You'll ensure our HR function delivers efficient, customer-focused services and supports managers in delivering high-quality outcomes for colleagues and the wider organisation.
