  4. Lead and drive HR projects as required from time to time, working with the Wider HR Function and stakeholders across the Business and its effectiveness within the business.
  5. Drive the effective delivery of change initiatives within Region/Business Unit areas of responsibility.
  6. Provide advice to the Regional Management team in the development of resourcing, succession, and recruitment plans.
  7. Work in conjunction with the Regional Directors to develop business plans/structure change plans as required to improve the effectiveness of the regional structures.
  8. Provide consultancy and advice to line managers and employees in HR matters and change programs.
  9. Provide first line management advice and support with regard to all HR matters, in line with company policy and local employment law.
  10. Manage regional headcount within budget requirements and constraints.
  11. Contribute to the formation of HR policies to support the needs of the business.
  12. Ensure key HR KPIs are measured and achieved.

Qualifications/Experience

  3. Coaching.
  4. Proven generalist HR experience and knowledge across all functions including Performance Management, ER, Reward, and Succession planning.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  6. A strong understanding of commercial business requirements.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  8. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  9. Ability to be flexible in relation to work locations at short notice.
  10. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
