As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by leading the people agenda for key areas within Digital & IT. You’ll partner with senior leaders to enhance organisational and team effectiveness, build future skills and leadership capabilities, and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. Your work will span strategic talent management, employee engagement, and capability development, while also driving cross-functional global projects and transformation programmes. From coaching leaders to delivering insight-led people solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our evolution into a competitive commercial enterprise.
