Job Description

About the role

Our People Branch is expanding to support our growing teams, ensuring our employees receive exceptional support to enable their success. In this role, you will build relationships across all levels of employees, focusing on embedding operations. You will support payroll, benefits, talent management, leave, performance, and employee relations. Partnering with HR team members, you will help administer policies and initiatives to align the workforce with business goals. You will collaborate with Finance and People teams to ensure efficient payroll and HRIS processes for our global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring organizational practices promote engagement and retention, and recommend enhancements
  • Accurately process payroll and employee expenses, ensuring timely and standard-compliant execution
  • Utilize data and analytics to support guidance and initiatives
  • Assist in designing job analyses, competency models, and skill development strategies
  • Coach and guide a diverse workforce, providing sound advice to support organizational success
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Maintain accurate personnel records in HRIS
  • Support performance coaching and goal-setting initiatives
  • Ensure documentation, KPIs, and measurable methodologies are in place for all processes
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations teams on requisitions, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of professional HR experience
  • CIPD qualification or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience supporting a global, virtual workforce
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices, ideally with international exposure
  • Proficiency in project management, payroll, HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob), and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong project management, analysis, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to embody organizational values and support a global workforce
  • Experience with change management initiatives
