Renault Retail Group has a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed term contract until 31 December 2024. You will be joining a friendly, hardworking and talented team working closely with staff and managers in our dealerships, supporting our HR Managers to provide a seamless and proactive service on all aspects of employee relations.

You will be providing expertise in ER matters including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence management. You’ll quickly build strong relationships with our managers to support and provide advice, enabling them to make better decisions for their team and the business.
