C&C Group Plc is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role involves coaching leaders, championing talent development, and managing Trade Union relationships, while ensuring a supportive employee environment. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial insight and HR knowledge to foster a high-performance culture.
C&C Group plc is a premium drinks company which owns, manufactures, markets and distributes a unique portfolio of beer and cider brands in its home markets and across the globe. You probably know us best from brands like Bulmers, Magners and Tennent’s.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help us support our employees. This role will work closely with the management team to shape, scope and deliver a commercially focused people plan.
