The HR Business Partner is responsible for establishing the talent and HR agenda in support of business objectives for their assigned client groups. The work is primarily strategic in nature and these roles typically sit on the leadership team of assigned client organizations. Specific initiatives may include: Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning, Leadership Retention and Associate Engagement Strategy
This position reports to the HR Leader for the UK, and is part of the HR team located in the UK and will be an on-site role.
